We implemented the NVOCC Software of Syscon LSS. The ERP software is very comprehensive and well integrated with Accounts. It definitely helped us in setting up our processes with desired secured controls. The service level of Syscon was also good. The response time initially during implementation was good. They have also successfully integrated our business processes into their product . So, the transition from the old software to Syscon software was very smooth.
We implemented the Syscon LSS software NVOCC Software Module and rolled it to all our agents in the Middle East, Far East and the Indian Sub-Continent. Due to its user friendliness, what seemed to be a challenge in implementing with Agents was easily attainable. We could implement a lot of controls with the Agents through the software. SOA reconciliation was also done through the software and it brought down our SOA reconciliation time by more than 15 days
